Zoe Garside is a highly experienced Behavior Analyst with over a decade of expertise supporting children with autism and developmental delays.
She holds the following qualifications:
- BSc in Childhood and Youth Studies
- MSc in Behaviour Analysis and Therapy from the University of South Wales, UK.
Her early career in the UK involved direct ABA therapy, staff training, and implementing classroom-based behavior support strategies in both clinical and educational settings, including a pupil referral unit (PRU). Since relocating to Dubai in 2015, Zoe has worked across home, school, clinic, and nursery environments, overseeing ABA programs for children aged 2 to 16 and managing a behavior analytic center within a school. She currently leads ABA therapy services in the Unity Class, a specialized, adapted curriculum setting.
Zoe specializes in language and communication development based on Skinner’s verbal behavior framework, as well as functional living and social skills training.
She is skilled at:
- Designing and supervising individualized, evidence-based behavior programs
- Conducting assessments across a wide range of skill areas, including communication, play, pre-academics, and independent living.
In addition to supervising certification candidates for RBT, BCaBA, BCBA, IBT, and IBA, Zoe provides consultation and training for parents, teachers, and therapists. She adopts an interdisciplinary approach, working closely with speech and occupational therapists. She is trained in augmentative and alternative communication systems such as PECS and Makaton (Levels 1–4).
