Andreia Capdeville

With over 20 years of experience, Andreia Capdeville is a dedicated Speech and Language Therapist who has made a lasting impact on the lives of children facing communication and learning challenges. Originally from Brazil, Andreia earned her degree in Speech and Language Therapy from the Universidade Católica de Pernambuco in 2000, and she is registered with the Conselho Regional de Fonoaudiologia in São Paulo, reflecting her commitment to maintaining high professional standards.

Soon after completing her studies, Andreia moved to the United States, where she spent a decade expanding her expertise. During her time in the U.S., she gained invaluable clinical experience and completed specialized training in Orofacial Myology with the International Association of Orofacial Myology (IAOM), significantly enhancing her skill set.

In 2015, Andreia relocated to Dubai, where she continues to work with children who have a broad spectrum of communication and developmental challenges. Her expertise includes treating language and developmental delays, articulation and voice disorders, stuttering, oral motor issues, and supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Down Syndrome.

Andreia is deeply committed to her professional development, regularly pursuing advanced training in evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as TalkTools, the Lidcombe Program, PROMPT, Makaton, PECS, It Takes Two to Talk, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Her unwavering passion for her work and dedication to improving the lives of children make her a respected and invaluable professional in her field.
